You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has DENIED an appeal submitted by Christine Johnson, 348B Union Street, Peterborough, NH for a special exception to operate a dog training business at lot V2-8 under section IV.B, Professional Uses and Customary Home Occupations, of the Greenfield Zoning Ordinance.
The Board found that as presented, the application, in its scope, exceeds the spirit of the ordinance, and falls outside the boundaries of use associated with customary home occupation use.
